Foods 4 Sex: 90+ Aphrodisiacs Listed for libido boost

(disclaimer, this is an incomplete blog. I still need to proof read and cross examine some of the info I have in it.. thanx )

Sexy Food to me, are the foods that can make you "horny" by either containing or having elements that encourage your body to release your sexy chemicals. Sexy foods can also be foods that increase the amount or the potency of your naturally created sexy chemicals.

Food that are rich with Zinc have been proven to increase sperm count and increase the viscocity of vaginal lubrication. From what I've read so far, the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for Zinc is 11mg for Adult men and pregnant women, and 8mg for Adult women, and for all teenagers. Lots of foods that we know of in Western Culture contain Zinc, but i've also read that our body only absorbs about 15% of the Zinc that we've eaten. So, if your eating meals for the purpose of increasing zinc in your sexual fluids you may wanna increase your zinc quota by a few mg to ensure your giving your body the gas needed to drive the car. Be mindful though, and take breaks if your thinking of establishing a strict regiment of "Over Zincing" because too much Zinc can cause adverse effects like; improper copper metabolism, altered iron function, reduction of HDL's (good cholesterol) and reduced immune function. More than 50mg of Zinc per day is stated to be too much just so you have a better idea.

Foods that make you "horny" are better known as Aphrodisiacs in Western Culture. These are foods that cause or assist your body to release chemicals that get you in the mood. These foods either contain or encourage your body to create Adrenaline, Dopamine, Norepinephrine and Phenylethlamine. Dopamine and Norepinephrine are the main chemicals that drive our heightened excitement and sense of bliss during the beginning phases of a relationship aka "the horny butterflies". It can be considered very important to keep these chemicals at high levels in order to maintain that initial passion feeling for longer than the naturally given 2-3 months that our body naturally schedules for new relationships, according to studies in the U.S.A.

We all know that eating right can do your body good, but
even I haven't truly realized all the possible positive effects that eating for good sex can create. I've always known that what we eat contributes to what we "put out", but i didn't think they meant it literally until recently.

The folliowing is a list of "Sexy Foods". It will contain a little bit of info about the item and when available the amount of Zinc present in each item so you have a better idea of how much of what item to include in your cooking.. Be sure to do you own research as well, because this information was compiled from various googles pages. (Note: this list is incomplete, it has been sitting in my word pad for like a year so i'm gonna put it up, in hopes that i'll research at least one of these items every couple days and add to the list :)

Additional info:

There are also chemicals that aid in the development of long term relationships. The two prime contributors are oxytocin and Vasopressin. Oxytocin has been shown to be "associated with the ability to maintain healthy interpersonal relationships" in monogamous couples. It is also the same chemical shared during breast feeding between a mother and her progeny. Arginine Vasopressin also known as argipressin or antidiuretic hormone is regarded as a substance more and more present as time elapses in a monogamous relationship.
Both Oxytocin and Vasopressin are known to interfere with the dopamine and norepinephrine pathways which is the chemical explanation of why the "initial passion" is eventually lost or seems faded as time goes on.

In my opinion a good longterm relationship should be based on the factors that all we know to create long lasting relationships, like both sides being able to be themselves and effective communication etc, etc. With that in mind, i won't be venturing into giving advice on how to chemically induce or chemically assist the progression of long term monogamous type relationships. What i will focus on, is how to prolong the initial passion stage or perhaps reaquire a similar version of the initial passion stage after it has become aloof. The reason why I'd focus on that is.. to be blunt, there are way too many relationships and good partnerships lost due to the loss of dopamine and norepinephrine, like my parents for example, or other relationships that end or become distant due to extra marital affairs, prostitution procurement or masturbation addictions. It sucks to say that men are usually the guilty parties in these situations because they haven't been getting what they require sexually at home.. So ladies, the owness is on you to ensure he isn't going out of bounds on you sexually.. Also guys, if you notice she isn't as "fired up" as she used to be, feel free to try cooking for her for a while and see if she happens to get hornier because 1. she hasn't had to cook for a while and has more stress free time for herself and 2. you've been pumping sexy chemicals and sexy chemical makers into her. Prolonging "the good sex" in monogamous relationships and increasing the prowess of the single is my mission, and thats why I wrote this to help you decide what could be good to eat :) .
